Privacy

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Baby Blanks™ only collects information necessary for us to complete your order or contact you regarding your order. The information collected includes your name, email address, shipping and billing address.  We do not store your credit card information no give your information to any third parties. For more information about security and how we handle your data, please see our Privacy Statement.

Free Sample

When requesting a free sample you are automatically opting in to subscribe to our Mailing List. You can unsubscribe anytime. One Free Sample is provided to a Registered Business only. Multiple requests for samples  will need to be ordered via the website. If the customer can not provide and ABN or ACN number than a website or social media handle must be provided.  A Free Sample pack includes one baby or kids garment in a cotton bag. Information about Baby Blanks TM  products and services and a tracking number to monitor your order. Once a Free Sample request is submitted the customer will receive a Two Step confirmation requesting to sign up to our Mailing List.  Failure to do this will result  in the item not being sent.  Baby Blanks reserves the right to not send Free Sample without any given reason.

Payments

Payments made by Bank Transfers

Payment must be received  within three business days, or cancelled. Baby Blanks™ will not follow-up unpaid orders with customers. Orders are packed once payment has been received.

International Orders

Baby Blanks™ only accepts payments via Paypal. All International orders are exempt from GST.  Baby Blanks™ is not responsible for paying Duties and Taxes outside of Australia.

Baby Blanks™ accepts payment via Paypal, Credit Card or Bank Transfer.

Postage Disclaimer

Postage rates are subject to change without notice. Same day dispatch applies to orders placed before 2.00pm. Influx of orders may result to express post orders being dispatched the next business day. Refunds are only issued if express post items are delivered outside of the courier transit times.

Customer Responsibility

The customer assumes all responsibility to check all products immediately upon delivery.

Picking Up An Order

Arrangements to pick up an order will only be made after full payment has been received. Once the order is ready for collection, the customer will be notified by email and pick up location. Orders are placed in a safe area if pick up is outside the available times specified.

Order Notifications

Customers will receive email confirmation once payment has been received. A second email confirmation will be sent when an order has been shipped.

Lost Orders

Baby Blanks™ accepts no responsibility for orders lost, stolen, arriving late or damaged during shipping.

Exchanges & Returns

Exchanges

Goods will be exchanged at the customer’s request and must be in original packaging. The customer will be responsible for all postage costs associated with exchanged goods. Goods will not be posted until the original goods are received by Baby Blanks™.

Faulty Items

Baby Blanks™ will issue a refund or replace an item that has a manufacturing fault. A credit note can also be issued. Baby Blanks™ will cover all postage costs associated with returning a faulty item.

Refunds Following Printing Or Modification

If a manufacturers fault is found following an item being printed, embroidered, heat pressed or modified, Baby Blanks™ will replace the original item only. Baby Blanks™ will not be responsible for any printing, postage or any other costs or losses associated with modification of the original garment following purchase by the customer.

Large Wholesale Customers

What is a Large Volume Order?

To qualify as a Large Wholesale Customer and receive discounts, customers must regularly purchase large volumes. A large volume is defined as 50 or more items in the same style (any colour or size) or 100 or more items of varying styles.

Frequency of Ordering Large Volumes

Registered Large Wholesale Customers must purchase regularly in order to remain registered. If your account is not active for 6 months, you will revert to a regular wholesale customer.
