Baby Blanks sells baby and kids clothes wholesale to all types of businesses, whether your a start-up wanting a few items or an established business wanting 100+ we cater to everyone. When you order, simply choose to purchase a single order or bulk order.
What Is Combed Cotton?
Combed cotton is the result of a purifying process that occurs during manufacturing. During threading a comb is run through the material to remove impurities that can cause pilling and fluffing. Combed cotton creates a tighter, more durable knit.
What Is Contained In A Baby Blanks Sample?
Your free sample will include a garment of your choice and colour in a gift bag, posted to you free of charge. Baby Blanks offers one free sample. Any subsequent orders need to be purchased as a normal order and include shipping.
Do Your Garments Have Different Thicknesses For Warm And Cool Weather?
All Baby Blanks garments are between 180 and 200 gsm weight and are a perfect for wearing as a layering garment across all seasons. Our garments are 95% cotton and 5% elastane.
How Are Your Garments Labelled?
All garments come with a care and size label. Our garments don’t have any Baby Blanks branding on the label. Baby Blanks garments are specifically designed for you to attach your own creative design and label.
Can I order items that are Out Of Stock?
Yes, you can order Baby Blanks apparel that are low or out of stock. Goods will need to be paid for in full to secure your order.
I have items on back order, when will they be delivered?
There will always be an ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) displayed on the product that is low or out of stock. Your order will be shipped on or around the date given.
Are Baby Blanks Clothes Safe For Printing, Embroidering, Iron-On and Vinyl Heat Pressing?
Yes. Baby Blanks garments are specifically designed as blank garments ready to be printed. All Baby Blanks garments are non-ribbed and manufactured from high quality combed cotton jersey, perfect for of all types of printing.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
Australian orders – we accept payment by PayPal, Credit Card or Bank Transfer. International orders – we only accept payments through Paypal.
Please be aware that orders will only be posted once payment has been received. We do not issue credit accounts to customers.
Can I Pick Up My Order?
We are based in Belgrave, Victoria. Contact Baby Blanks to schedule a time. All orders need to be paid in full, and funds cleared, prior to pick up. Pick up times are from 10-3.00pm Monday to Friday.
How Will I Know When My Payment Has Been Processed And My Order Shipped?
Once you have paid for your order, you will receive an email confirming payment. When your order has been posted, you will receive email confirmation, with a tracking number to track it’s progress.
How Long Will It Take Me To Receive My Order?
Processing – Orders are processed and posted within 24 hours of payment. All payments received after 12pm midday, will be processed the following day.
Shipping – Shipping times vary, based on whether items are shipped within Australia or Internationally.
Australian Customers: Allow 3 – 10 days for Standard Shipping. For Express Shipping allow 2-3 days delivery to metropolitan areas and 3-10 days delivery outside metropolitan areas.
International Customers: Allow 6 – 10 days for Standard Shipping and 4 – 6 days for Express Shipping.
Can I Have My Order Shipped Directly To My Printer?
Yes we can arrange that. Simply include a name, address and contact number when you checkout.
Is My Order Tracked?
You will receive email notification with a tracking number once your order is posted. This allows you to track your order while it is being delivered.
My Order Didn’t Arrive. What Can I Do?
Contact Australia Post with your tracking code, or the courier company to follow up. We are sorry, but we cannot accept responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged items once they are posted. We do not provide refunds for items lost, stolen or damaged during shipping.
How Much Does Shipping Cost

How quickly are orders dispatched?
Your order is dispatched 24hrs after payment has been received.
What Postal Service do you use.
We use Australia Post and some Couriers companies for shipment of our goods.
I ordered the incorrect item. Can I exchange it?
Yes. We are happy to exchange items as long as they are returned undamaged and unwashed. All shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
I have received a faulty item?
If you find a manufacturers fault in your garment, we are happy to supply a refund, or replace the item (subject to stock availability). We can also provide you with a credit note.
